Return and Refund Policy

General Policy:

These are www.vogueauth.com’s Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the www.vogueauth.com website. All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Cancellation

a. Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders
If you are canceling your order which has not yet been shipped out, please kindly contact us via our email [email protected] For the fastest resolution, please include your order number, We will refund you immediately. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
b. Cancelling Shipped-out Order
If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or is on its way to its destination, please get in touch with us and then kindly refuse to accept the parcel since we are not able to call it back at that time. we will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. A refund will be issued as soon as the parcel begins to return.

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

. Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.
. Items received in the wrong size/color.
. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.

Warning: Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
. The package has been received for more than 2 months
. Any product not purchased from www.vogueauth.com
. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
. Any product from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging
. Any product that exhibits physical damage
. If items are lost while being returned, we will not be able to assist you as we wish we could. We recommend that you select a tracked shipping method to return the defective products.

For the return parcel you should know about :

. You need to afford all return shipping postage
. Make sure we can get the return parcel in 2 months
. The refund will be arranged in 1-3 days after we get the parcel and check no problem with the stuff

Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?

a. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition, we will pay the return shipping fee.
If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.
b. If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it back, the postage needs to be borne by you.

The Return Merchandise Authorization Process

1. Please email us at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization, The content of the email should include the following information: Order Number, SKU, the reason for sending back and post images, choose a replacement or refund money, and other your related concern.

2. Ship the return goods after you get the Return Merchandise Authorization.
Once you ship return goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories and shipping address from www.vogueauth.com customer service center together with Return Merchandise Authorization.
Notes: please offer tracking number for return shipment. www.vogueauth.com won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.

3. Get the replacement or Refund.
Vogue Auth will arrange for resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 working days. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
